Offline Payment and Application Options

Click the "Submit this form" button to continue the online registration process. Once you have submitted your application you will be prompted to make payment online. To pay in person instead, simply complete the form, then visit our Leduc office to make payment. You may also send payment via Canada Post to our mailing address.

If you do not want to apply online, you can also download the application form, print it and either mail, email, or fax it to us.  Payment can be made by cheque, credit card or e-transfer.
